Nick Kalikajaros founded Ploutos Global Advisory over 15 years ago in 2008.
He is an experienced leader in the Financial Services Industry with particular emphasis in Fintech, Domestic and International Private Banking, Premium/Priority Banking, Wealth Management and Business and Corporate Advisory for over 25 years. He has worked at a number of leading organisations including Temenos Asia and Middle East, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, St George Bank, UBS and Commonwealth Bank of Australia
Nick has provided innovative solutions to stakeholders in small businesses and large corporations. Nick services sovereign wealth funds, global banks, private wealth managers & brokers, institutional investors, professional services firms, government and regulators, High Net Worth investors, Affluent Investors and their advisors and private family businesses.
Nick’s is regarded as an leading industry expert on emerging markets in Asia Pacific, Middle East (MENA), and Central Eastern Europe (CEE) as well providing coverage on Australia, USA, UK and European markets.
He has succesfully advised over 100 banks and wealth management organisations as well as undertaken CEO, CFO and COO roles in privately run businesses
Nick has a successful track record of establishing and building businesses for domestic and global markets , setting a foothold in several industries with significant exposure to global networking. He has knowledge and experience in General Management, Start-ups, Turnarounds, Leadership, Operations, Human Resources and Strategy.
Nick’s private client base has ranged from small businesses and large multinational corporations, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, small corporates, entrepreneurs, executives of both publicly quoted and unlisted companies, professionals such as solicitors and accountants, sportspeople and entertainers.
Nick is a Senior Fellow of FINSIA , as well as a member of both the Network for Sustainable Financial Markets and Network for Family Businesses and has completed a postgraduate degree at Sydney’s Macquarie University in Banking Management.
