Think Positively About Stress

Are you worried that your high stress level is bad for your performance, your relationships, and your health? It turns out that believing stress has a negative impact might be the worst part. New studies show that your mindset is the most important predictor of how stress affects you. If you believe it's bad for you, it will be. But you'll be happier, healthier, and more effective if you see the difficulties and challenges you face as opportunities to learn and grow, rather than as your "daily grind." So think about stress differently: It can create mental toughness, increase clarity, and contribute to a sense of confidence.
